How the Experience Works
6:30 PM — Arrival & Cocktails
Guests check in at Fisherman's Restaurant. This is the perfect time to purchase wine, beer, or cocktails and use the restroom before boarding.
7:00 PM — Boarding Begins
Your private gondola loads early to allow for a smooth dining service.
7:15–7:30 PM — Takeoff & Dinner Service
Enjoy panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, and Seattle's skyline as your four-course dinner is served.
8:15–8:25 PM — Deboarding
A host will guide you off the gondola and assist with any needs.

Who can participate? ▾
Guests must be 21 or older to participate in the Seattle Great Wheel Private Dining Experience.
How many guests can fit in a gondola? ▸
Each gondola seats 2–4 guests comfortably and exclusively for your party.
What if we arrive late? ▸
All guests must arrive by 6:30 PM. Late arrivals may forfeit the experience without refund.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated? ▸
A vegetarian entrée is available with advance notice.
Because of the constraints of in-gondola dining and pre-set service, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or extensive dietary restrictions.

Yes. The price is all-inclusive, covering the meal, ride tax, and gratuity.

Refunds may be issued up to 24 hours prior to the event.

How long does the experience last? ▸
The full experience lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours, with about 1 hour spent on the wheel during dinner.
Are there restrooms on the wheel? ▸
No. Restrooms are located inside Fisherman’s Restaurant and in the Miners Landing building. Please use them before boarding.
Can we bring our own drinks? ▸
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Wine, beer, and cocktails are available for purchase at Fisherman’s Restaurant before boarding.
Where do we check in? ▸
Check in at the Fisherman’s Restaurant host stand, located beneath the Seattle Great Wheel at Miners Landing on Pier 57.
